Our Shipping Policies

Domestic Orders

Jackson Hole Buffalo Meat Company currently ships orders throughout the United States. Our policy is to provide the best service from our products offered through to our shipping them to you; as such we work with any and all orders to provide the most economical shipping costs that we can. The nature of our product requires:

  • 2 Day Air Delivery Via FedEx for perishable items including Steak and Hamburger
  • We can not delivery to PO Boxes
  • Jerky items and other non-persihables can be shipped via Ground for your savings!
  • Our Carousel Cakes must ship seperately from all other orders via Standard Overnight Shipping. Please make sure to select this option during the checkout process.

If you prefer expedited shipping, please feel free to contact our customer service department by phone (800.543.MEAT) or E-mail. Your order will be shipped in one to three days from receipt.

International Orders

We are sorry that we cannot currently accept orders from outside the 48 contiguous United States and Alaska and Hawaii at this time. We appreciate your interest and hope to be able to serve you in the future. Please contact our customer service department with any questions. We can accept phone orders for our jerky products.

Shipping our Fresh Meats and Burgers

We make sure your order arrives fresh! A custom Styrofoam container is packed inside a sturdy cardboard box. Dry ice keeps your order cold while Federal Express 2nd day air delivery gets your order to you with time to spare.
